D.J. Wagner Gets A New Start At Maryland

D.J. Wagner was one of the nation's top recruits when he joined the Kentucky Wildcats, aiming to make a significant impact. In his freshman year, he averaged 9.9 points and 3.3 assists per game, opting to remain in the NCAA to further hone his skills.
When head coach John Calipari transitioned to Arkansas, Wagner followed suit. With the Razorbacks, he faced competition from two other standout guards, resulting in an average of 7.4 points and 2.4 assists per game.
Though undeniably talented, Wagner has yet to fully find his footing, leading him to transfer to Maryland for his final college season. If he can guide the Terrapins to success, he might just reignite the NBA interest that once surrounded him.
